The Co-Working Membership Plan offers many great benefits. It includes high-speed internet delivered over a dedicated fiber optic connection, along with 24/7 secure access to the facility. Also included is 24/7 unlimited access to the well-appointed Commons Room and The Phone Box for private calls or quiet focus time. Montgomery’s Café on the second floor is good to take a break.
Membership also includes 10 complimentary hours each month in any of our four private rooms: The Meeting Room, The Newport Room, Bryants Landing, and Perkins Landing.

The Nest Studio-8 Hour Plan

This Plan includes 8 hours per month in The Nest Wellness Studio which equates to just over $10 per hour. It is designed to accommodate teachers who plan on offering 1-2 classes per week, however teachers can book as many hours as they want to. Time used over the first 8 included hours will be charged at $7.50 per hour. Classes can't be booked less than 30 minutes apart, allowing teachers time to set up, breakdown and clean the space.
You can also use your included 8 hours in any of the office spaces at The Work Commons, which could be helpful for private consultations or just personal work time.
