    • The 10 hour studio plan includes 10 hours per month in The Nest wellness studio. The Plan is designed for wellness teachers who plan on offering 1 hour classes every week. Most wellness classes require at least 30 minutes of pre-class set-up time and 30 minutes of post-class break-down/clean up time. This plan ensures a smooth, unhurried experience for both instructors and participants.
