The Nest

The Nest greets you with soft natural light spilling through large windows, casting a warm glow across smooth wooden floors.

The Nest is open, adaptable, and quietly supportive of whatever practice unfolds within it. Whether it’s the gentle flow of a yoga class, the focused stillness of tai chi, the restorative quiet of a massage, or a circle gathered for wellness and reflection, the space seems to shift effortlessly to meet the moment.

There’s a feeling, unmistakable but hard to define, that this is a place to return to yourself. Elevated just enough above the world below, The Nest offers both perspective and refuge, a warm, welcoming space where people can move, heal, and reconnect.

Suite 305 (The Meeting Room)

The Meeting Room is a large conference room located on Level 3 of The Work Commons. It can accommodate up to 25 people with special arrangements, but is suitable as is for an 8 to 10 person meeting. The room is equipped with WiFi, USB charging ports and ethernet connections in addition to a 65 inch smart board with  video conferencing and whiteboard capabilities.

Requires advance notice for special arrangements and setup. Amount of notice depends on setup. Please put specific requirements (# of attendees, setup style, etc..) in notes field of reservation.

• Seating 15 p.

Suite 207 (Newport Room)

The Newport Room is a 375 square foot space, located on Level 2 of The Work Commons. It can be configured in different ways, but is better suited to class room style than The Meeting Room upstairs.

As is, The Newport Room is set up comfortably with 8 rolling chairs at tables plus instructors chair and podium. Also in the standard set-up is a rolling 45” screen/camera/microphone which can be used for presentations or remote meetings or instruction. This space is ideal to hold classes and trainings remotely, or with an instructor present.

With extra, available folding chairs and with advance notice, this room can accommodate up to 20 people.

Suite 203 (Perkins Landing)

Perkin's Landing (135 square feet) is a fully furnished private office with window overlooking Main Street, located on Level 2 of The Work Commons. Ideal for small meetings or a space to privately do your work. Ammenities include desk, chair, desk lamp, two guest chairs and wifi. Additional chairs available upon request. These rooms can comfortably accommodate up to five people.

Please indicate if you will need additional chairs brought in, or other special arrangements, in the notes field of your reservation.

• Seating 5 p.

Suite 201 (Bryants Landing)

Bryant's Landing (135 square feet) is a fully furnished private office located on Level 2 of The Work Commons. Ideal for small meetings or a space to privately do your work. Ammenities include desk, chair, desk lamp, two guest chairs and wifi. Additional chairs available upon request. These rooms can comfortably accommodate up to four people.

Please indicate if you will need additional chairs brought in, in the notes field of your reservation.
