The Meeting Room is a technologically advanced gathering space available by on-line bookings to the public for an hourly fee and to members free of charge for 10 hours each month, half price thereafter.
The OneScreen 66” smart board available for a small additional fee has advanced video/audio conferencing capabilities, and interactive white board technology, useful for presentations or remote instruction.
The room seats 10 people comfortably around the conference table but can accommodate up to 20 people with special arrangements. It is climate controlled and has views of downtown Newport and Mount Vernon.
You can request coffee & tea, light snack, or have your event custom catered by Newport Natural located in the building.
